Amanda’s favorite part of her job is the patient interaction. She loves meeting new patients and developing strong relationships with existing patients. Once you meet her, you’ll understand why she’s still in contact with patients she met at the very start of her career! She strongly believes that having a finger on the pulse of the practice helps patients receive the care they need while also keeping the practice moving forward with customer service.
Outside of work Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her two rescue puppies. (Check out our Instagram account to catch some adorable photos of them!)
Sindre, Patient Financials & Treatment Plan Coordinator
Sindre joined our team in September of 2015 and has been working in the dental field for a number of years. She began her career as a dental assistant after graduating from the Dental Assistant Training Center in Kenmore, WA in 2011. However, she quickly found that her true passion was working with patients to help them understand their treatment plans and insurance benefits. Her love for her work extends even beyond the office, as you’ll find her often giving financial advice to friends and family.
Financials aside, Sindre admits that her favorite part of the job is all about the people. She loves building relationships with our patients and having a blast every day with her colleagues. But, if she wasn’t working in the dental industry, she thinks she would be destined to be a flight attendant! We think it’s because of her top-notch customer service skills.
Taylor, Patient Care Coordinator
We were thrilled to welcome Taylor to our team in April 2015 as our newest Patient Care Coordinator. She came to us shortly after graduating with her dental assisting certificate from Pima Medical Institute. If you ask, she’ll be the first to tell you that the best part of her job is working so closely with patients and collaborating with the rest of her colleagues.
When she’s not in the office, Taylor enjoys hiking, running, and any activity that takes her into the great outdoors – especially the beach! If she wasn’t working with us, she would be a self-proclaimed beach bum! Wouldn’t we all?
Ashley is the first smiling face you'll see when you walk into our office. From scheduling patients to updating insurances, she is our girl. Outside of the office, Ashley is either planning a trip to Disneyland or already there!
